Cyclists are discovering our uncrowded, scenic backroads that make touring that make touring a beautiful experience, whether by touring road bike or by motorcycle. Several loops take adventurers through the county on a variety of paved roads.
Mountain bikers enjoy the miles of abandoned logging roads and fire trails throughout the county. Although maps are being developed for mountain bikers, they currently are not available. However, a Forest Service map, with all known roads, is available for a fee at the US Forest Service Ranger Stations, and from the Trinity County Chamber of Commerce.
